If you receive your order and are not satisfied for ANY reason at all, return the product(s) to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Any returns postmarked beyond 60 days from the date of purchase will not qualify for a refund.
Steps For Return:
- Please send an email to support@skinpro.com with your complete order details, indicating that you would like to process a return for a refund.
- We will reply via email within 24 to 48 hours to confirm and approve your return request. Returns and exchanges must be approved by our customer support team before they are shipped back to our warehouse.
- After an approval via email has been received, please prepare your unopened products for the return processing. Include a written note within your shipment packaging showing your original order number, name, and contact information.

Refunds
Once your return shipment has been received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer refunds on items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from our official website https://www.skinpro.com/. Outside purchases must adhere to that specific channel’s sales, returns, and refund policy.

Exchanges
Please note that we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged for products of equal or lesser value. If you need to issue an exchange, send us an email at support@skinpro.com From there, you will be given further instructions on how to proceed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. International orders returned due to local customs will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
